notTV Live. Truckers vs. Trudeau. Day 8
Many trucks arrived yesterday and more are on the way.
Trucks started to arrive in Ottawa yesterday to take a stand against Justin Trudeau. The city, in response, has erected barricades to prevent trucks from entering downtown Ottawa enmasse.
Travis and Chad are headed out to talk with some of the truckers sitting in the outskirts of downtown. Chad has some questions which many of us likely want answered as well. How many trucks are staged in different areas, why are they staged out there and what has been the truckers’ experience with being blocked out?
If the mainstream media is telling one story and it’s completely false, I think that needs to be exposed…as well as bring you the true story of what is happening out here.

Trucks that continue to roll in are made to park outside of the downtown creating gaps between the trucks.
Yesterday Travis, notTV, and Chad saw the media’s presence. They will do an investigation into the news coverage to see how the story is portrayed and go back to the spots CBC and CTV shot their footage and show their vantage point. Then they will take us on a live journey to expand that field of view.
People are going to the truckers outside downtown to ensure they are fed and have what they need. There is a port-o-potty company in town helping out as well.
This is not your average weekend protest…the truckers are here to stay. They want real change. They are doing this for the people.
